GATEWAY TOWER

The Gateway Tower is a 25-story mixed-use project in the heart of Silicon Valley. The site, located in the South of First Area, is a key gateway to downtown San Jose and adjacent to the San Jose Convention center. While the market demographic is tech oriented, the project design will reflect the colorful flavors of this arts oriented community.
