The design of the two, 13-story residential towers at the corner of Pine and Franklin fills this visible corner site with lively architecture. The project in the Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco consists of 260 residential units, a solarium, luxurious owner’s club with a fully-appointed kitchen and media room, fitness center, enclosed courtyard, and 4,000 sf of ground floor retail. The façades of two historic buildings are reused along Pine Street, which provide an interesting juxtaposition of old and new. Below-grade parking uses automated car stackers that include electric car charging stations.
